Would a presidential candidate’s wife be allowed to be both the First Lady and VP?

    First Lady is not an official position, so there is no conflict.

    I don’t know. It’s a good question. Doesn’t seem like it would fly though. Even if technically it was allowable I don’t know if people would really go for that.

    Kamala and Biden? Ewwwwwwwwww! but not implausible given Harris' propensity to do anybody for anything.

    Is there anything in the Constitution that says a Presidential candidate’s spouse cannot run for Vice-President? 

    I don’t think so. So she could run for VP...
