Do Questions get Deleted?

Just curious if questions get delete off of this group ?

Yes if enough people report them or if they expire after 7 days without any answers.

what "group"? 

Questions are deleted when enough people report them. If they did not violate the guidelines, the askers are supposed to APPEAL (but we haven't been notified about deletions for years :-( )

Added: questions can also be deleted by the asker as long as no answers are present.  Automatic deletion after a week of no answers is not happening anymore

All of YA is subject to having questions or answers removed from the display ('deleted'). There is no user or subcategory immune to having a post removed. Posts are removed when enough users report them as violations (there is NO specific # of reports required to get a post removed, it varies).

Questions do get Deleted if they are Reported and the System Decides to take it down if a Trusted Reporter Reports the Question they will get Taken down off of the Site 

Yahoo is Community Moderated the Staff does not Moderate the Boards

Yes:

1. If reported by enough users as a violation of the rules.

2. If there are no answers after seven days.

3. If no answers and the asker deletes them.
