my bios update was wouldn’t move so i powered off my pc during the update and got a kernel power critical error should i be worried?

go to the event viewer and find the error that you stated, there will be an event ID, usually 3-6 digits that corresponds with the error, google that Event ID there will be recourses that will let you know how serious it is and what steps need to be taken to correct it

yes turning off the computer during a bios update or in between an onlgoing process in a major windows application such as disk management is risky. I turned the computer off in the middle of it and that wiped out the entire harddrive instantly including windows.
