My kitten sounds like she’s breathing heavy, is this anything to worry over? ?

She’ll be a year old in May. She’s extremely active for an indoor cat and is always playing and running. But, a lot of times if I am holding her close enough I can hear her breathing, which appears to be heavy deep breathes? Again, she seems happy and the vet hasn’t mentioned anything. Is this likely allergies?
