Do you think social media platforms should be fined or sued for the things people post there?

No it should be and expression of free speech and we should feel comfortable in what we say. I do think to contribute to the Russians trying to start a civil war is wrong. To storm the capital building was certainly wrong. You do not like something you vote them out. you do not kill them

NO!
Posters should be SOLELY responsible for their own posts!
The server is not and should not be fact checks or moral police - at the same time, they should have the RIGHT, but not the OBLIGATION to edit or remove anything at their SOLE discretion. And failure to enforce their rules should in NO way be considered a waiver of them!
But THE ONLY thing the server should be "responsible" for is what the owner and those working for the owner post. Even at that, if it's a worker, but posted while not working, with an account not connected as being someone that works for the server - still that individuals responsibility NOT the servers!
