How should liquid food coloring, that you buy at a grocery store, be stored--before, after using?  In the cupboard?  Refrigerate?

Keep them tightly sealed in your cupboard. They don't need refrigeration.

I'd keep it in the cupboard to store it.

In the cupboard, it doesn't go bad for years.

  • I have 30 year old food coloring that is perfectly fine sitting in the cupboard. Seriously.

I've always kept my liquid food colouring in the spice and baking cupboard. It's kept perfectly well in there.
