I was just drafted into the South Korea Military, Can I come to USA or Canada to dodge Conscription ?

    Bidens no deportation policy has already been blocked by the courts

    IF either of those countries let you in.  Both have very high standards for immigrants, and being a draft dodger is not necessarily one of them.

    If you are a DUAL USA or CANADIAN citizen, you would be admitted to that country of your dual citizenship. If you aren't a citizen of either country, they won't allow you to stay.

    Canada won't accept you for asylum. They have a long 30 year history of turning back military resisters.

    The US is currently in the midst of turmoil over immigration policy enforcement. It's likely that you would be judged not acceptable for asylum either.

    theoretically yes, ICE has been ordered (by the president) not to deport anyone for the next 100 days.  Biden basically made our country less safe by simply signing the executive order.
