Can you take tylenol 24 hours before taking the coronavirus vaccine?

The nurse who gave me my vaccine told me to take some ibuprofen when I got home, to help with the stiffness in the arm that tend to happen. I didn't have much of a reaction, though. I don't know of any instructions to avoid a pain reliever before or after the vaccine.
