What is my chance of miscarriage after hearing the heartbeat?

Hello I'm 8 weeks and 3 days on my first ultrasound at 8 weeks I saw my baby and hear it heartbeat at 178

This is my second pregnancy but the first one ended in an miscarriage two years ago 

I'm am taking progesterone because at 4 weeks and 4 days my progesterone levels was at 5.9 and my hcg levels that time was at 4110
