Is the Supreme Court likely to be the kryptonite of a Biden Presidency?

Biden is hitting the ground running with all kinds of plans and executive orders that republicans will find hard to swallow.

Much of it will undoubtably be challenged in court

What happens when it gets to the 6-3 conservative Supreme court?

Some of Obamas policies stuck because back then we had a 4-4-1 court with Justice Kennedy the deciding vote who could go either way.

But now its 6-3, or at least 5-4.

Roberts has shifted to the left lately but with ACB replacing RBG we don't even need his vote anymore.

The three liberal justices might as well nap in their office during oral arguments and case discussions, because they don't even really have a job anymore.

The solid conservative majority will take it from here.

Update:

King Creep-o: You know the main reason a Trump presidency was important to us?

The Supreme Court.

Mission accomplished.

I'd say the U.S. Supreme Court lost all validity many years ago.  Like the Senate, it's badly flawed by not having a mandatory age of retirement.  In 1965, Canada set such an age for both bodies at age 75.  The Court is further invalid because it's obviously a biased body.  Courts are supposed to be impartial.  It's now just a dumping ground for party hacks.  If the court was to rule as it's supposed to do, that'd pose no problem to any political view.  However, the current court is as biased as the German People's Court ruled over by Roland Freisler.  It hops like a kangaroo.  It turns "the rule of law" into a joke.  You like to call it "S.C.O.T.U.S.", when in fact it's now just "S.C.U.S." - scuzz.

Is this the same conservative majority as was going to declare Trump the winner of the election?  The Supreme Court, even with a conservative majority, is unlikely to do what conservatives, especially Trump supporters, want all the time.

Conservatives seem to bet  on Conservative Judges, willfully and blatantly ignoring the LAW.

They seem to think that just putting a con on the bench, is the green light to approving illegal things.

How did that work out for Trump seeking to overturn the election?

Did his minions on the bench do his bidding for him?

NOOOO, they followed the LAW,  as is their JOB.........right or left......the LAW still has to be applied and obeyed.  Supreme Court Judge, or not.

It's a con wet dream, that just having conservative Judges, means they can now just do any illegal thing they want.

I hate to break it to you, but even conservative judges know their job is dealing with real injustice, not things you don't like.  Biden is undoing policies by Trump that most Americans didn't like and nothing he is doing is unconstitutional, therefore the Supreme Court will not be involved.  And if you are counting on Kavanaugh and Gorsuch to rubber-stamp cases, looks like you missed this:  https://www.businessinsider.com/kavanaugh-gorsuch-...

You talk like nothing can be accomplished by Biden because of SCOTUS. Most policies and bills won’t ever come before that court. If something being battled in Congress does come before them I take heart in knowing they did their job in rejecting Trump’s ridiculous election lawsuits, handpicked or not. So don’t be so sure SCOTUS will be a walk for conservative pushback.
