There is no "average" -- it's heavily dependent on several factors. Could be practically pennies, could be millions.

99.9% of actors work on contracts and their salaries are based on experience, talent and box office appeal. thus any thing from $1 to S1 million per episode.

An "average" salary is meaningless. Some actors make a million per episode if they are very well known and believed to be an audience magnet. Others are paid union minimums for short non-speaking, walk-on roles. (Minimums for speaking roles are in the $1000 range per show.)
There are a lot of lists on the internet that show what some of the better-known actors are paid. Just choose your favorite browser (Google, Yahoo, etc.) and enter "TV actors salaries."
