Do I have colon cancer?

Ok so basically I first noticed that my stool was looking a little bit thinner back in August on a camping trip. The thing is though, there were black dots on it spread around. This has been on and off lately and sometimes it's normal but other times it has white flakes instead. I am 13 years old and don't have much of a family history of colon cancer. Does anyone know the cause of the black dots and if i have cancer?

Update:

Also, i get gas after eating the school food

Update 2:

Also I am very very active and have a healthy diet. Another question though, sometimes my stool floats and i dont know why

Update 3:

If i have it ill accept it as im not scared of death

Update 4:

Im not looking for attention its just im concerned and my dad doesnt really care

Colon cancer is extremely rare in young people. Usually the "young" people who develop it are in their 40s.

Whatever your poop looks like is a direct result of what you eat.
