    Yes. You might even get a better deal buying offseason. People who own and ride year round still need parts and service that shops provide. Some riders never let any weather deny their riding. I drew the line at hail.

    Yes. The motorcycle dealership near me still has bikes on its floor in the winter, but it puts the remnants of the prior summer's inventory to one side and brings in snowmobiles to sell during winter months.
