They are essentially remnants from the early stages of foetal development, before there was differentiation between male and female bodies.

Just for decoration? It's just left over from mother nature, from the basic mould of a human being.
From what I've heard, every human being starts out more female, until testosterone is put into the mix, . . then things start to grow.

We all start out as female in the womb. Evolution is a hit or miss process. It tries to improve an organism's existence by trying out different approaches. Sometimes evolution scores a hit (e.g. humans). Sometimes evolution swings and misses (e.g. extinct organisms). The important thing to know is that evolution is real. It isn't, as some insist, "just a theory." Darwin's Theory of Evolution refers to just one of several theories to explain how evolution works. But evolution itself is not theoretical. We see evolution at work every day, most prominently in the fossil record.

All men have an X-chromosome from their mothers. It's kind of like asking: "Why does a woman have a cleft chin, if women find cleft chins on men to be more attractive on men." By the way, I have seen some absolutely gorgeous women with cleft chins, like model Cassidy Rae, who played a character on the original Melrose Place.

Because woman was made from man and if man didn't have breasts, either would woman and babies would not be as healthy. In fact, until mass production, babies would not have survived in cities at all. Only those on farms with goats or cows would have had access to milk.
