I just need my pc to run PLEASE!!?

This is my first time building a PC and I cant find a graphics card. I don't know what I'm doing. I refuse to pay the scalpers or above retail price for a card. I am willing to get a cheap graphics card just to get my PC up and running but I really need help finding one. People keep telling me "get this one it's fully capable" but when I go to look it's not even in stock. And now someone told me that my motherboard that I got already has a built in hdmi and graphics display port so all I need to do is switch out my processor and get corsair RAM bc it's more compatible? First of all, it's possible to have my pc up and running w/out a graphics card?? Also, the processor they told me to switch it out for "ryzen 5 3400G 3.7GHz APU" is not even in stock either...

I currently have purchased everything on this list that I have attached here. Everything but the graphics card. Can someone please just tell me what to do?

I plan to play games like cod, overwatch, and  apex. I will be using adobe creative suite.

The 3060ti I wanted is around 490$ retail price. Which I didn't mind spending, but it's not in stock and I don't want to pay scalpers.

1. Is it possible if I put my pc together now it will run with what I have now?

2. If not, can you please just lmk which card I should get and is in stock for a reasonable price? I will literally buy it right now lol I'm willing to spend at most 500$ as long as the card is worth it. (Not pay 500$ for a card worth 200$ if you get what I mean)

Your CPU does not have a built in iGPU. Therefore you will need a discreet video card for your computer to function. Graphics/video cards are in short supply right now. You could pick up a very low end card (GT 1030 or RX 550) but even those are overpriced currently and they would have a hard time running modern games. Realistically you'll have to wait it out and hope that supply increases in the following weeks.

Your motherboad has HDMI/displayports, but they only work if you're using a APU as your CPU. Your Ryzen 5600x is not an APU. And APU would be a like 3400g. The 5600x is much faster than the 3400g, but does not have an integrated GPU.

welcome to reality ... graphics cards are in huge demand and thus prices have been bid up far beyond the stated MSRP because of cryptocurrency mining.  This isn't likely to change anytime within months.  Maybe you take a chance on a used graphics card --- likely from a private seller on eBay or similar.  [Read the eBay rights about dead product when received -- they might help you get your money back if it doesn't work.]  -- homebuilder

Based upon the info given at Newegg.com, that motherboard does have onboard graphics.  It supports both HDMI and DisplayPort.

I'm basing this upon the description at https://www.neweggbusiness.com/Product/Product.asp... assuming this is the same model motherboard.  So you should be able to assemble it and plug the monitor in and be up and running.

That CPU, the Ryzen 5 5600x has no built-in graphics (APU) so you absolutely need a dedicated graphics card. No way around it if you want to use that CPU. The GT710 is a very low end graphics card that cost $50 but will work for at least getting your PC up and running. It isn't a gaming card by any stretch of the imagination though.
