I suppose that it's 'possible' .... but .... 

 

Extraterrestrials are actually capable of mindfully preventing 

remote viewers from acquiring targets, and many races 

of ETs are totally adept at telepathic communication. 

I have to believe though, that communicating with other sentient 

beings and races by way of Ouija boards 'kinda went out of style 

for them several hundred thousand years ago.
