What form/document shows how much SSI money you were paid for the year?

There is no tax document issued for SSI.  Those who receive RSDI will be sent an SSA-1099.

Social Security should supply you a 1099 form.  It should go out this month.  They should send it to you automatically without you having to ask for it.  Be looking for it in the male.
