Is it true that Justin Treadeau demontized Canada military "free speech" and punish people for "hate" speech when stating opinions ?

and if so why are citizens allowing our governments to do this to our rights .

You clearly have very little understanding of Canada, its constitution or its laws.

I've no idea of any way in which the P.M. (TRUDEAU, b.t.w.) allegedly "demonised"

(no CORRECT spelling) the military.  Canada has freedom of expression, which is far more comprehensive than mere "free speech."  However, as noted in S. 1 of the Charter of Rights & Freedoms, all the rights & freedoms are subject to reasonable limits prescribed by law that may be determined in our free & democratic society.  The Supreme Court has ruled that these limits must be the absolute minimum needed to effect their purpose, & has established the Oakes test to ensure that this happens.  Canada has laws against hate speech.  These include Advocating Genocide & Inciting Hatred Against An Identifiable Group.  This is a rational response, clearly superior to the foolish mostly unfettered U.S.  That nation is plagued by bigotry as a result.

But there are still some stupid Yankee jacka$$es who'll never get that they live in Earth's Lunatic Asylum.

No.  PM's in Canada don't have that kind of power.  In fact, other than high influence, they actually have little power at all.

In Canada, free speech ends where another's rights begin.  So, Canadians cannot say whatever they please, especially if it infringes on someone else's rights.  We still have free speech in Canada,  but it is not as unlimited as it seems to be in the USA.

I don't know what you're talking about but free speech is entirely different to hate speech, hate speech should be banned everywhere, all it does is incite people to violence.
