Why does a doctor allow the physiotherapist to use his office? ?

I mean the physiotherapist was sitting in the doctor's chair.

    Why not? Many people share offices. It's not as if the physio was contaminating it or anything.

    They could share the office in which case it’s his chair when he’s there
