where can i find whole set of architectural plan with bill of materials(PDF)?this is for my project.?

Architectural plans seldom have a bill of materials included. It usually specifies certain materials but not in detail.

I believe that you are supposed to do these yourself. Design the building like a small home.

Draw it up with details of joinery.

Make a bill of materials for it.
