    It depends on how much you need to lose, but realistically, you probably can't lose a serious amount of weight in that short a space of time. You need to be consistent over weeks and months, depending on how much you need to lose.

    There are no magic solutions to lose a lot of weight very quickly, but fasting may be is the answer, intermittent fasting is the best. No eating from breakfast till early supper ( 8 hours) you can drink water, tea and coffee without much sugar. Another 16 hours of fasting between supper and breakfast. Eat plenty of high fiber foods to feel full. No excessive alcohol intake. Aerobic exercise will help you a lot. Drink green tea regularly. Eat high protein foods, such as fish, lean meat, and beans. Limit your intake of candy, fruit juice and processed foods high in added sugar. It’s always a good idea to keep track of what you’re eating. Apple cider vinegar will help.

    Eat less and do lots of cardio

    I eat less than 2,000 calories per day except on Saturday

    I do 5 days of 1 hour high intensity cardio workouts on my indoor exercise bike per week

    I am 49 year old man with ADHD and listen to techno,dance rave music while doing my workouts

    It's not worth it, do it properly, eat less and exercise. Done properly the weight will stay off.

    Drink plenty of water (at least half your body weight in ounces, daily) and reduce your sodium intake. That'll help flush any excess fluid from your body and may result in the (temporary) loss of 3 - 5 lbs.

    Fat loss in one week, isn't going to happen.

    Not a smart move. Loose weight fast and you'll gain back more then you lost.

    No such thing unless it is all water weight.  You lose weight by consuming fewer calories than you burn.  Simple math.
