If the parts I ordered to fix my bathroom shower valve show up this afternoon, I'll be repairing it.  (weird problem; the water pressure is intermittant.  Sometimes it feels like a firehose, other times it's really low.  Sometimes, by moving the handle a little bit, the pressure corrects itself.  I suspect it's a bad pressure balancer or mixer, so I'm going to replace both items.  Should be an easy fix.)
