Period pains ?

ok so its my 8ish period and yes im 13,

 anyways i have really bad cramps like so bad, what should i do about cramps? im not allowed to take any medicines or anything like that because of other problems... so is there anything i could do about that?2- in the night its sooo uncomfy, because i have a heavy flow so i wear really big pads, is there anything in the night to make it more comfy? or any other advice? and i dont wear tampons, and i dont want to, tysm xx

Hey! For cramps: use a hot water bottle? 

in the night- use lots of pillows for comfort?

I hear if you eat certain foods it will reduce the pain
