calorie deficit not working?
Right now I have been eating in a -500 calorie deficit for at least 2 weeks, nothing has changed or been happening. it said I could lose at least a pound a week, which I haven't. my -500 intake is 1200 and I only just eat 800-900 calories sometimes just over 1000. Sometimes I do a 10 min workout but I have started doing the Chloe ting 2-week shred for 3 days now. what could I be doing wrong?
Update:
i know it's for life but people are losing 1 pound or more a week.

Thats normal, if a month pass and the problem consist then got to a doctor.
From my unprofessional stand point it could be water, are you eating foods with high salt? I have high blood pressure and cant eat meals over 500 sodium.
Which weight loss you will experience this a lot.
