Where the prostate is. They use it to collect sperm from bulls. They shove an electrode up the bull’s butt and stimulate the prostate to make the bull immediately ejaculate.

@Anonymous: They jack the bull off, not shove anything up his butt. They do the same with male horses. The practice you describe would be animal cruelty and result in legal action being taken against them. Nice disturbing nonsense though.
Anyway, the prostate is not designed to be used during sex and should not be considered a sexual organ. Calling it a spot of any sort just makes people sound idiotic and twisted.
