Is it possible the MLB would not expand to 32 teams till former Commissioner Bud Selig dies?

    Baseball needs a salary cap. I'd just move the Marlins as Miami has proven to be the worst sports market in America.

    maybe MOVE a team to montreal and start up the expos again.  otherwise, it's fine the way it is.

    It's more likely teams will be plunked from cities where they don't do well, put in areas

    that can & will support a team at the MLB level with enough fans to make it profitable.
