Would anti maskers still be opposed to face masks if Donald Trump mandated face masks?

Government over reach is an issue for me no matter who is the President.  Obviously Trump understood what his actual powers were as a President while Biden is now reaching way way way over.  There are still powers reserved to the states that the federal government can not override.  Mandating masks is one of them.

He did say once - and I think it was after he got Covid... 'It's patriotic to wear a mask...' but that was a very brief about-face that the maniacs who support him conveniently forgot...

Yes.  No one is meant to wear a mask except at Halloween.

Yes, they would.  Trump approves masks, even if he doesn't approve of mandating them [except when necessary, as in a hospital].  

They might be annoyed with Trump, but they would still be anti-mask.
