It's a decent thing to do.  However that won't prevent some on the right from finding some way to criticize her for it, instead of simply saying "thank you".

Knowing her, she probably has an agenda. I mean Dems have fooled people for many years into believing that they care about others when they actually only care about votes and power.  There will soon be an upcoming struggle in Congress between the moderate and radical democrats, AOC is on the radical side and wants to “appear” more moderate.  There are several “wolves in sheep’s clothing”  Dems in office. Beware!!!
