Yes. If people are unprepared, many people who live near the sea may have their homes, towns, and/or farms destroyed by saltwater. They will lose a lot of money and they may lose their lives.

The Hypocrisy of what the government is doing about climate change is John Kerry, zipping around the world in his Private Plane and Justifying it by saying that he needs to be certain places quickly.
Of course much of the Rest of Americans are getting by just fine with online conferencing.
