Are these sentences correct?

What should I make of your dismissive attitude? Is it implying that you need reduction in the monthly fees?

    Technically they are correct, but they are really hard to digest. They are so hard to read that a person needs to go over them a couple of times to get the meaning. You could make it a bit simpler and still say the same thing if you tried saying:

    Your attitude is telling me that you would like to pay less in monthly fees...
