Antonym for ‘acrimony’?

“The relationship ended in acrimony.”

What’s an antonym for acrimony that can be used here?

Friendship would work for me.  Acrimony is a state of bitter feelings, so whatever expresses a state of (opposite of bitter) feelings would be an antonym.  Which antonym works best could depend on what you decide is best way to express "opposite of bitterness".  Could be sweetness, or it could be lack of enmity only, or some in-between state (friendship tends to cover that range well, sufficiently vague as to intensity, which is why I offer it).

Conviviality is much more positive than generic friendship, and harmony means beneficial coexistence, so either could be a good antonym.  All those words that refer to a "state of good feelings" in some way or another could be used.  They each have their own particular nuances, so you can choose to emphasize one aspect over another.

The relationship began in mutual admiration, developed in harmony, and ended in indifference.
