Which is better working for a small business or big business?

Depends. Both have advantages and disadvantages. Big budsiness is typically more stable and has more resources, but small businesses can allow you to get to the top faster and grow with the business. If you like to blend in, a larger company might suit you more than a smaller company. Smaller companies might require you to do a wide range of job duties where larger companies may put you into such a specific role that you get bored with it.

Who is going to pay you more, be closer to your home and give you the best benefits? That is how you make the decision. Unless, of course, you really HATE the people at one place and not the other.

Small business because the people in them seems to have common sense, while big business the people acts crazy and you are just a number
