I don't have one.  Just research.

I can only estimate. But, I would bet in the neighborhood of $76.00. I have the receipt for a Winchester Model 12 I bought in 1965, (I was 10 years old) it shows $87.50. A Colt Government Model MK IV Series 70 for only $150.00 in 1974. MAN, I look at the Sears Catalog for my little 1892 Winchester Pump .22 rifle, only $4.92 when that was new.

    * See the dollar had much more value then. The value of a dollar is relative ... as people make more money, value of the dollar goes down because prices go up. Just as you will see with this $15 minimum wage. It is called Inflation.

** I found the receipt  for a 1960 Triumph TR3 my Dad bought new. The invoice for $2495.00. In 1974 I bought a new Pontiac Trans AM 455 super duty engine for $4400.00 out the door.

To find out exactly what the Mfg. suggested retail price was you may look at some old catalogs. My actual buying experience of a S&W .41 Magnum Model 57 Masterpiece in that time era (1962-1964) was $140. A Belgium Browning .22 lr semi-auto breakdown rifle for $90 at Sears R., A Colt 1911a1 Government model at local gun shop for $90 so I cannot actually produce document nor memory for a Winchester 94 .30-30 but somewhere around a $100 give or take a few $ would be pretty close. Winchester was still a much in demand product then in 1962 but quality slipped a couple years later as well as demand.
