True in one sense. As a new starter you would be on a low income. If you skill up in time your pay will rise.

Nope. There are plenty of CS related jobs which are heavy programming focused. It can be a base for a lot of things. Coding is just one of them.

No. It assumes that a programmer without skills will never learn more and gain experience which are both likely untrue.
