My tabby cat jumped on my stomach while I was asleep ?

That was yesterday and I am having persisting abdominal pain, especially when I eat. I couldn’t find a lot of info on this online but the internet  says when you are pregnant and a cat jumps on your stomach, it wouldn’t cause the baby any harm. I am not pregnant but have had pain happening since this happened yesterday morning

Update:

I think “pounced” is a better description

Muscle strain. It will pass. Close your bedroom door.
