Can’t afford health insurance?
My mom has a heart rate of 116 & she faints sometimes. She’s also had a stroke before. we’re concerned for her health & really need to get her to see a doctor but we can’t afford to see one. What can we do to get health insurance?

You can't.
At this point, you thank the politicians for implementing a law that does not allow you to purchase insurance any time you want.
Every community has free doctors, you just have to search them out.
If you mom is low income, she may be eligible for medicaid.
