you're not supposed to pluck the top of eyebrows, right?

is that true or false?

    Wrong - you pluck whatever areas are needed to create the shape and thickness you want for your eyebrows. 

    I have several stray brow hairs that grow ABOVE the rest of my eyebrow line and they need plucked or they look out of place and ruin the shape of the eyebrow.
