It's unlikely, but it was also unlikely that they'd win this year too. We won't know until about midseason if they even have a decent chance of making the playoffs.

Last time I checked, they had 24 UFAs including 7 starters. If they managed to keep most of the Super Bowl team together, the rest of the league will know better what to expect.
