I want to buy a flat that has a temple in the ground floor.. is it good or will give a negative effect.?

    It depends on the kind of temple, but, normally, a temple has to be built on sanctified ground, and people are tjen prohibited from engaging in any activity on the grounds that would undo this sanctification. For this reason, veey few temples are set up on or near residential areas, the exception being temples to minor deities unaffiliated with organised religion.

    Religious premises tend to have a lot of access - consider whether this will affect your qualify of life, and/or parking, access etc
