A Danish party wants to record the religion of would-be citizens. Should it go further and seek a ban on immigration from certain countries?

I would never suggest how a foreign country should conduct its foreign affairs. Bear in mind the Danish Folkpartei is considered to be a very far right party, so they are not a big fan of immigration for any readon.

It is not the nationality, but the religion that is a problem. Christians from those countries are reasonably civilised, but muslims go around raping and murdering non-muslims wherever they go. 

It is a violent cult, not a peaceful religion.

Banning certain religions or nationalities probably is against their constitution.

That aside, it already is quite hard to get a residence-permit in Denmark. Foreigners who are married to a Dane resort to living in Malmoe just to have a normal family-life

They are quite right and I think the ban on immigration will come. I fully support them.
