What color is my cat's coat?

Is this classified as mackerel tabby and white OR bicolor tabby and white?

That's a brown tabby with white.   Not mackerel.

Bicolor means two colors - it doesn't specify WHICH two colors.   Anyone who thinks calling a cat a bicolor tabby describes a particular color is mistaken.

The tabby pattern on your cat is not mackerel but classic. I would call that a classic tabby with white.

It is a tuxedo cat, also known as a bicolor cat. Most tuxedo cats are black and white and they look like they wear a tuxedo with white shirt. It is not a breed but a color pattern. Yours is a grey and white tuxedo cat. There may also be orange ones. Tuxedo cats have a reputation of being very smart, playful and affectionate.
