 What was the Marshall Plan? How did it shape post-war foreign policy?

    Keep asking others to do your homework for you and not only you'll be out of AP but you'll be taking the US History class again in the Summer.

    Marshall Plan was offered to all of post-war Europe Take the Money But you can only spend it in allied Country so for 5 years the money spent was in the USA who also controlled the Price

    The USA Monitored this and the USA believed they had the Right to say how it was spent in the country that Borrowed it

    the UK refused to take Money from the Marshall plan and Made separate arrangements with Canada and the USA meaning they could spend where they wanted with No Control by the USA

    Stalin Refused to take any money saying they will look after the eastern block
