how important is it when the secondary progressed Asc. and M.C. make aspects to progressed or natal planets ?

and how remarkable would it be if progressed M.C. was trining natal Sun and also progressed moon was trining M.C. (at the same time period) that showing something maybe very significant? how can determine more?

oh, forgot this third part....progressed Ascendant is also making a aspect to natal m.c. all at the same time period.

Update 2:

progressed secondary ascendant is making a trine to natal M.C.

Not significant.  Minor positive changes to how you express yourself that help, in a minor way, to be perceived better by your bosses and help you funciton a little better in the arena of your career efforts.

Secondary progressions refer to inner changes, and only occasional are these changes reflected in eternal events (that are triggered by our own inner changes).  Sextiles and trines are very weak aspects, and it would be most unlikely for those minor inner changes to trigger external changes in our life..  Conjunctions, squares and oppositions are the ones that are stroing, and even then much of the time it is only an internal influence.

The general wisdom is that progressions to natal angles, or progressions involving angles are the most important.  Progressed aspects to natal aspects are far less important.  Then there are others who think the only progressed planet worth looking at is the progressed Moon. My own opinion is that primary directions are probably more worthwhile, but, even with computers, they're a real pain to work with and a ***** to learn.

The way they are usually used is as broad indications of things that could occur within a year or so.  Then we switch to solar returns for more specific timing.

Modern astrologers look at progressions as indications of developing personality - an idea that I cannot get behind.
