Can a state decide that people over 65 will be given no special courtesies to make easy for them to vote?

Update:

well, anything that makes it easier for an old person who might be handicapped or for whom its not easy to get around or wait in long lines to vote.  So, for instance, more mail in voting, more places to vote to shorten waiting in line. Maybe even chairs available for them to sit in while they wait, etc..  you know common human decency  and courtesy....
