Is over washing hands just as dangerous as under washing them for skin health and good bacteria you need too keep ?

    More.   Washing hands frequently is very taxing on your skin.

    But dry hands beat dead hands, every day.

    It’s not good to wash too much, because it can cause dry skin and irritation. But I’d take dry skin over covid any day.
