How much of my credit card balance should i use?
I have heard you should only use about 30 % of your balance. But is that monthly? What if i use 30% biweekly and just pay off the balance twice a month?

As little as possible.
It's not monthly or weekly or any other specific amount of time. What matters is how much of it is in use at any given moment.

You should use less than 10% of your LIMIT. No more than 30%. And you should pay in full every month.

This makes no sense. A credit card balance is what you owe, not what you can use.
