i never dyed my hair before, why are the ends blonde?

    Your roots are naturally darker then then your ends, they also usually take longer to process then the ends of your hair. Some times you have to put the dye on your roots first, let it sit there for about 15 minutes, then apply the dye to the rest of your hair and let your hair process for the amount of time it says on the box.

    Might be split ends or in a day or two you might need to redye it, would be useful if there was a picture
