What food is good for someone with heart disease?

    Most fishes, the white meat from chicken, legumes, whole grains, vegetables, most fruits.   Clear liquids, preferably water. Foods low in transfats & LDL cholesterol.

    Real foods.   No junk means no added sugars,  syrups, juices, nectars or white flour products. 

    Aka whole foods. 

    Salmon and other foods high in omega 3 fatty acids.   They reduce inflammation AND help lower blood triglycerides.
