Yes. All three. Just because their ideas regarding the human body and how to cure it were not the modern medical science of 2021 does not mean they had no ideas or did not experiment with herbs, stones, or by drilling a hole into the person's skull to releave the pressure of a blow to the head.

They used money or recorded goods exchanged for goods, and promises to pay loans with interest added, and enslaved debtors (Mosaic law), paid salaries to soldiers (Rome) and collected taxes.

As for engineering, they built buildings and roads, dug wells and constructed aqueducts, invented Arcimedes screw, displaced water to weigh the gold in crowns, smelted iron and constructed various ships, carts, and chariots.

Some of the earliest known forms of writing were used to record trade transactions in the Middle East, so certainly finance.  Ancient people also made huge monuments and aqueducts so there were engineers as well (they were capable for their time but nothing like today).  Medicinal plants were in wide usage with highly variable results.  In the long history of medicine it was only relatively recently that the treatments were better than the illness.  Or in other words medicine has improved the most over time.  So I suppose that's two out of three.

Darius the Great standardised weights and coinage throughout the Persian Empire

The ancient Egyptians had medical texts as did the ancient Greeks and Romans

As for engineering there must have been considering the age of the pyramids at Giza, ziggurats in Mesopotamia, temples in ancient Greece and Rome.

When is "at the ancient times"???  Engineerings?  Of course there were engineers in the past, that is how roads, aquaducts, castles, and cities were built.  Medicine?  Of course.  Finance?  Sure.  There have been coins since hundreds of years BCE.
