Ease my ocd please lol? ?

okay this is really ridiculous i know, but i'm overthinking and have ocd so i need some answer.

i posted a pic of my spaghetti i made, and said something like

"at this point i'm totally convinced if you put garlic in anything it'll make it heaps better".

should i have used 'everything', or is anything okay in this context?

I happen to have ocd too. For me, I think ‘anything’ sounds better. When I reread it with ‘everything’ it just sounded a bit weird. That’s just my opinion.

Since I am not a mental health professional I can't do this. See a mental health professional
